Standard UK mainland delivery costs £5 for orders below £40 and is free on orders of £40 or more.

Orders placed before midday Monday–Thursday are dispatched the same day using a next-working-day courier service. Orders placed after midday or over the weekend are dispatched on the next working day. Friday orders placed before midday may qualify for Saturday delivery, depending on your location and courier availability. Courier delays can occasionally occur. Our handmade flapjacks are larger bakery treats, available as individual flavours and gift-box selections. Oat Bakes are smaller, individually wrapped 60g bars for everyday snacking.

Our standard handmade flapjacks keep for one month from delivery when sealed and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Breakfast Bar and Carrot Cake flapjacks must be refrigerated and keep for three weeks from delivery when sealed. The same requirements apply to these flavours when included in a gift box.

Once an individual wrapper is opened, consume that flapjack within 48 hours and keep refrigerated flavours in the fridge. Always check the best-before date on each pack. Oat Bakes have separate storage guidance; follow their product pages and packaging.

Yes. Our handmade flapjacks, including Breakfast Bar and Carrot Cake, are suitable for freezing. Freeze them in their packaging or an airtight container.

We offer vegan flapjacks, but not every flavour or gift-box selection is vegan. Check the ingredients and suitability information for your chosen product before ordering.

Our handmade flapjacks are not suitable for a gluten-free diet. They contain oats and are made in a bakery that also handles wheat.
