When will I receive my flapjacks?
To ensure your flapjacks arrive quickly we send orders on next working day delivery. All orders must be placed by 12pm in order to be posted for next day delivery. Any orders received after 12pm will be posted the following day. Any orders received on the weekend will be posted Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

How long will my flapjacks last?
Our flapjacks have a monthly sell-by date. Once opened we recommend consuming within two days for the flapjacks to taste at their best.
Please note, the Breakfast Bar, carrot cake and black forest Gateau have a two week sell by date.

Can my flapjacks be frozen?
All our flapjacks can be frozen.
