When will I receive my flapjacks?
To ensure your flapjacks arrive quickly we send orders on next working day delivery. All orders must be placed by 12pm in order to be posted for next day delivery. Any orders received after 12pm will be posted the following day. Any orders received on the weekend will be posted Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

How long will my flapjacks last?
Our flapjacks have a monthly sell-by date. Once opened we recommend consuming within two days for the flapjacks to taste at their best.
Please note, the Breakfast Bar, carrot cake and black forest Gateau have a two week sell by date.

All our flapjacks can be frozen.

Muscle up with our delicious Banutty protein bar made with naturally energising ingredients and vegan protein. We nicknamed the Banutty the ‘Dan bar’ after ultra runner Dan Lawson. We created the bar especially for Dan to eat when he took part in a 400km race across the Gobi desert. He not only won the race, he also set a new record time! Proven to work we decided to continue making the Banutty and never looked back. It’s an ideal pre or post-workout energy and protein boost and unlike many protein bars it is easy to digest and tastes delicious!
