To ensure your flapjacks arrive quickly we send orders on next working day delivery. All orders must be placed by 12pm in order to be posted for next day delivery. Any orders received after 12pm will be posted the following day. Any orders received on the weekend will be posted Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Our flapjacks have a monthly sell-by date. Once opened we recommend consuming within two days for the flapjacks to taste at their best. 

Please note, the Breakfast Bar, carrot cake and black forest Gateau have a two week sell by date.

All our flapjacks can be frozen.

Your delivery should arrive before 12.00 the next day. You should be sent tracking updates including a tracking number by our courier via text message. Visit the courier website and input this code to get an update on where your package is. If your order has not arrived and you have not received any communication about it's whereabouts from the courier please email us at info@oatopia.co.uk

Please note we are not responsible for courier delivery delays.

Each flapjack weighs approximately 180g

Yes you can include a gift message with your order. Leave your message in the order notes box at checkout or email us a.s.a.p after placing your order at info@oatopia.co.uk

We take care packing our orders but occassionally human errors happen! If you've received the wrong flapjack flavour in your order please email us at info@oatopia.co.uk.

Most but not all of our flapjacks are suitable for vegans so make sure to check the allergen information.

All of our energy balls are vegan.

We do not issue refunds unless the flapjacks in your order have arrived in poor condition, out of date, or you have received the wrong items in your order. Please email us with images at info@oatopia.co.uk
