Breakfast Oat Cookies

A crowd pleaser and one that sells extremely fast in our cafe's. It's not overly sweet and balanced with the brown flour its perfect for breakfast on the go with a flat white!




Ingredients

oats 225g

brown flour 225g

brown sugar 140g

margarine 150g

sunflower oil 50g

honey or maple syrup 90g

dried Fruit 80g

hazelnuts 50g

mixed seeds 50g

bicarb of soda 1tsp

cinnamon 1tsp


Method

preheat oven to 200*c

Mix up all the ingredients together and split into 8 equal size pieces.

Place on a baking tray lined with grease proof paper and bake for 20mins.
